I can’t say enough good things about Statewide Towing and Recovery. After a long night of fishing, I broke the axle on my boat trailer at the boat launch and was stuck in a really bad situation. I called several towing companies, and Statewide was the only one that had the confidence, knowledge, and equipment to safely tow both my boat and trailer. Their response was incredibly fast, and they arrived much quicker than I expected. From the moment they showed up, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me out. They handled everything carefully and got my boat home safely without any issues. Their customer service was second to none. Everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and reassuring during a stressful situation. What could have turned into a complete disaster ended up being a manageable experience thanks to their team. They truly saved the night, and because of the outstanding service they provided, Statewide Towing and Recovery will be the only towing company I use from now on. I'm very grateful to the company for their quick, efficient service in getting my car towed for repairs without any issues. I've held my AAA membership for over 18 years, but I've never used the road assistance service before. Recently, I had a flat tire on the road and waited for three hours, but no one showed up. So, I just Googled towing companies and chose Statewide. They answered my call quickly, and within 10 minutes, they had picked me up and towed my car to the repair shop! It was already late, and the guy who helped me even drove me home so I wouldn’t have to stay alone on the road at night. I rate them 100/100! Thank you very much to your company!

Really professional john was a great tow operator pick up my truck and dropped it off with no problems. Great place. I will definitely be using them again. The price was really fair. Didn't try to go to I definitely. I encourage people to use this place

Without a doubt, this is one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with any business. Here's what happened: my car's front end locked up because of a faulty caliper pin, so we called for a tow. The driver — Nick — brought the vehicle to Packard Auto, but instead of unloading it carefully, he sprayed WD-40 on the flatbed and essentially shimmied the car off. It was dropped hard. The repair shop (Packard Auto) lifted the vehicle and immediately identified the caliper issue as warranty work from an adjacent shop, A2 Autocare — which is literally next door. Rather than tow it those few hundred yards, the car was driven over with the front wheels disengaged, which is completely doable on an AWD vehicle. Both shops confirmed this is exactly what happened. Here's where things get interesting. When A2 looked the car over, they found a large scrape and a snapped control arm — damage that wasn't there before the tow and couldn't have come from either shop handling the vehicle. It could only have happened during that drop off the flatbed. When we called StateWide to sort it out, Nick immediately went on the offensive. Legitimately one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES I have EVER dealt with. For context my car had the front end lock up due to a faulty caliper pin. The vehicle was towed and then aggressively dropped only being put down by spraying WD-40 on the flatbed and shimmying the vehicle off the flatbed. The shop that the driver "nick" has a "great relationship with" even called me stating they lifted the vehicle saw that the damage was from the caliper which was done at the adjacent shop under warranty. Packard Auto which was the shop that originally had the car even stated that they saw the scrapes from said tow job. Our vehicle was then transported to the other shop, which once again is NEXT DOOR. The vehicle was driven next door very easily by disengaging the FWD of our AWD vehicle and bringing it over to the adjacent shop. Once they looked at the car they see a large scrape and evident break in my vehicles control arm that wasn't there prior the initial drop off and could not of happened from the shift in transporting of the vehicle. We call A2 Autocare initially to get the story straight. They swore the vehicle was simply driven over. Packard Auto the original shop says it wa
